How long an item takes to be received after shipping depends on the location of the manufacturer relative to the location of the customer. Most items will be received in 3-7 business days after shipping time quoted. For example, if the item "usually ships in 5-7 business days" it will most likely be received in 14 business days. Return Policy - All sales are special orders and final sales. Returns will be accepted at the sole descretion of Bar Stool Classics and subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted unless authorized by Bar Stool Classics. The Customer is responsible for repackaging merchandise in the original packing or box and returning it in resaleable condition to Bar Stool Classics. If merchandise is not in resaleable condition no refund will be given. In addition to the restock fee, Customer will be responsible for original as well as return shipping costs on authorized returns. Damage / Defects - Please inspect the product at the time of delivery. If an item is received damaged or defective please contact us within 3 business days to arrange a replacement. Bar Stool Classics will be responsible for repairing or replacing any damaged merchandise. Replacing damaged items reported after 3 business days will be at our discretion only. While we do our best to accurately depict the custom choices available, metal finishes and upholstery colors shown on the site are for reference only and cannot exactly represent how they will appear in person. Samples appear the most "true" on LCD monitors. Finishes and colors that look different than depicted on the site or contrary to customer expectations do not constitute a defect. If an exact match is crucial, we recommend you do not order via the internet any product you have not seen in person. Cancellation - Orders must be cancelled before shipping date to avoid a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the order. In addition to the cancellation fee, customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the order.
