Below we have listed the questions we receive most often from our site visitors.

What is the best finish for matching stainless steel appliances? The stools available in the Brushed Steel are the best match for most stainless appliances.

Among the painted finishes the Meteor is generally considered the best match for stainless steel, although some people find it to be slightly darker than their appliances. The Platinum finish is light silver/gray in color and also works with stainless but looks more like a painted finish and less like metal than the "Meteor".

Chrome bar stools, though shiny, also work well with stainless.

How much is shipping? Shipping costs are based on your order total. A Shipping Table provided in the Shipping/Returns section of the site will help you determine your complete shipping charges.

How soon can I expect to receive my order? Shipping times differ per item and are listed on the individual product page. Most customers receive their stools in about 2 weeks. See Shipping/Returns for more details.

How do I determine what size stool will work for me? We have provided general guidelines as an aid for selecting the appropriate size for a given application. See the Size Guide section of the site.

Do you offer stools with a custom seat height? Stools are available only in the sizes shown, however, the Adjustable Bar Stools have a variable seat height from 24.5" at the minimum to 32.5" at the maximum.

How do I determine the number of stools my counter or bar can accomodate? For general guidelines on how many stools you can fit at your counter see the Size Guide section of the site.

Do you give quantity discounts? We offer a 5% discount on orders of 15 stools or more. To receive the quantity discount you must call the store to order at our toll free number 877-288-5367. Please do not call the store for quantities less than 15, we cannot make exceptions.

Do you offer designer discounts? No. With the exception of the quantity discount listed above, we offer our lowest price to all customers everyday.

Can you send me a catalog? As we constantly update and add to our collection we cannot produce a print catalog cost-effectively. Our website is our only catalog at this time.

Can you send me upholstery, metal finish and wood samples? We are not able to send samples to every customer. For large quantity orders (over 12 stools) special arrangements may be possible. Please call the store for details.

Do you have stools in your store that are not available online? Yes. Due to shipping constraints some stools and fabric selections are available to customers in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area only. Please stop by to see our selection or view them on our store website at www.creativeclassics.com. Look under the "Dining Room" section of the site. Hours of operation and directions are listed on the site.

Are all the stools shown online displayed in your store showroom? No. Because we sell living room, bedroom and dining furniture in addition to bar stools, we only have room to display the best selling stools in our Alexandria, VA location. However, you will be able to see all available finishes and upholstery choices in the store.

Do you stock the bar stools at your store? Due to the many finish and upholstery choices available all stools are custom ordered.

Can I save shipping costs if I pick the stools up at your store? No. Shipping is an expense whether the stools come to your home or to our store.
